Studies in Medievalism, a peer-reviewed print and on-line publication, seeks 3,000-word essays discussing ethics in medievalism. What role do ethics play in post-medieval responses to the Middle Ages? In interpretations of those responses? How is moral behavior portrayed (or not)? How is the audience treated? Who is the audience? SIM?s audience is wide-ranging, and potential contributors should anticipate that their readers will include not only specialists but also generalists, including non-academics.
